These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments booked with Rebuild M.E. Therapy. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, email or other approved booking methods.

Please ensure the information you provide during booking is accurate and up to date. If your contact details or medical information change, please let us know before your appointment.

You have to be 18 or over, if not please bring a parent or guardian.

Initial Appointments

Your first appointment will usually include a discussion about your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle and treatment goals, followed by an assessment and, where appropriate, treatment.

Please answer all questions honestly and disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies or recent injuries. This helps us provide safe and effective care.

Treatment

All treatment is based on the findings of your assessment and is tailored to your individual needs.

Treatment recommendations are based on clinical judgement and current evidence. While every effort is made to help you achieve your goals, no guarantee can be given regarding recovery times, pain relief or treatment outcomes.

Please bring your own water and towel if necessary.

Rehabilitation

Where appropriate, you may receive advice, education and a personalised rehabilitation programme to support your recovery between appointments.

Successful rehabilitation often depends on following the advice and exercises provided.

Fees and Payment

Current treatment fees are displayed on our website and booking system.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

I accept the payment methods displayed at the time of booking.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

The full appointment fee may still apply where the full appointment time cannot be provided due to late arrival.

Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority.

Treatment may be postponed or declined if:

It is considered unsafe to continue.

There is a medical contraindication.

Further medical assessment is recommended.

You appear unwell or under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Where appropriate, we may advise you to seek further medical attention before treatment continues.

Confidentiality

All personal and health information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Information will only be shared where:

You have provided consent.

We are legally required to do so.

It is necessary to protect your health or safety.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during appointments.

Rebuild M.E. Therapy cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by negligence.

Respectful Behaviour

Aggressive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in treatment being terminated or future appointments being refused.
