Frequently asked questions

How do I pay for my treatment?

I accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and cash. Please pay on the day in the appointment. Payment will be taken before session start so please be ready.

Payments may also be taken at the end of sessions to secure next appointment.

Which appointment should I book?

If you are unsure, please contact us directly via info@rebuildmetherapy and I can help guide you to the most suitable appointment type based on your needs.

What should I wear for my appointment?

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. For lower limb issues, shorts are ideal, and for upper body, a vest top may be beneficial.

Is treatment painful?

While some hands-on techniques can cause minor discomfort, I always work within your pain tolerance. The goal is to reduce pain, not increase it. Communication is key, throughout treatment I will check in.

Soreness can be expected after treatment. Not always.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on the condition, its severity, and your individual response to treatment. Depeding on presentation I will discuss a tailored treatment plan and estimated duration during your initial assessment.

Do you provide rehabilitation exercises?

Yes, rehabilitation exercises are a crucial part of your treatment approach. If you're continuing treatment, you'll receive a personalised exercise programme to support your recovery, improve strength and help prevent future issues.

Do you offer massage without an injury?

Yes, we offer sports massage, deep tissue massage and swedish massage for general well-being, muscle maintenance, and relaxation, even if you don't have a specific injury. This is great for active individuals looking to prevent issues.

What is your cancellation policy?

I'll require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Do you offer treatment packages?

Yes, I offer various treatment packages designed to provide continuous care at a reduced rate. At the end of the initial appointment I will advise you on how any sessions is needed to reach your goals.
